Do you buy merchandise outright?

Greene Street does not buy merchandise outright. Consignor receives 40% commission on sold items after the consignment contract ends.

Do you accept vintage pieces?

Greene Street accepts vintage pieces on a case-by-case basis depending on the style and condition.

Does it matter what time of year it is to consign?

Yes, please refer to our seasonal consignment schedule for details on what styles we accept within a given season.

How do you decide on prices?

With over 20 years in the consignment business, Greene Street is experienced in pricing. We do not negotiate prices with consignors at any time.

What if my address changes?

Please call the location in which you consigned with any address change up to 10 days before your claim date so that we may adjust your address in our system.

When will I receive my commission check?

A check will be mailed 14 days after your claim date. With mailing time, you should receive it within 30 days.

Problems with payment?

Please wait at least 30 days after your claim date before inquiring about a payment. If 30 days has past, please email us.

What happens to my items that do not sell?

Items become shop property after the claim date if they are not picked up. You have the opportunity to pick up unsold items up to 5 days before or on your contract claim date. Greene Street does not pay for items that are lost, stolen, or mistagged.
